In the first place, survey studies will be conducted to determine the needs in the training to be given to improve the quality of the workforce. Deficiencies in university-industry cooperation will be determined by determining the deficiencies through survey studies. Sector data will be discussed by communicating with institutions and organizations representing the sector.

Increasing university-industry cooperation

Industrialists will be invited to the panels and seminars to be held within the scope of the Regional Mission-Oriented Differentiation and Specialization program and ideas will be exchanged. It is aimed to establish mutual trust by signing protocols in university-industry collaborations to be realized within the scope of the program.

Determination of Product Diversity

Product diversity will be determined with the data of Organized Industrial Zone Directorates, Chamber of Commerce, and Industry and Development Agency, and new product development potentials of companies will be evaluated with one-to-one contacts in the field.

Increasing competitiveness and export power

It is aimed to design and produce high-value-added functional textile products with the use of devices and chemicals to be procured within the scope of the program. The performances of the products produced will be analyzed with the devices provided and the results will be shared with the industrialists. Thus, it is planned to increase the regional competitiveness and export power by increasing the product variety through university-industry collaborations.

Increasing product variety

In order to increase the product diversity of the textile sector in the region, training will be given to developing different fabrics, patterns, and production techniques within the scope of the program, and sample fabrics will be produced for special areas of use in the region. It is planned to increase the product diversity in the region by presenting these samples to the industry.

Initiating the Establishment of R&D and Design Centers in Businesses

For this purpose, enterprises will be conscious by giving KOSGEB R&D and Innovation Project Preparation and TUBITAK TEYDEB R&D Project Preparation Training. In the projects proposed within the scope of the program, university-industry cooperation will be ensured and R&D and Design Centers will be established within the enterprises.
