Project Planning Process

Within the scope of the Regional Development-Oriented Mission Differentiation Program, the decision to make a promotional plan for Uşak University to specialize in the fields of leather, ceramics and textiles and to demonstrate its competence in this field was taken by the Coordination Board. In order to determine the stages that will play a role in ensuring the realization of this goal, the members of the coordination board made brainstorming and included the relevant information in the promotion planning. The main headings were determined as "our mission and vision", "priorities", "our main strategies", "reasons for specialization", "main targets in the specialization process", "short and long term action plan" and "our activities". In this context, the contents of the relevant main headings have been detailed, taking into account the 2015-2020 strategic planning of our university, the interviews with the administrative and academic units, and the sector interviews.

 

Strategic planning activities are constantly reviewed and revised considering the current situation.
