Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rector Savaş expressed his satisfaction with the signed protocol and said, “Uşak University and Ege University have joined forces. We are happy with this cooperation for the development of our region and our country. The two universities signed a cooperation protocol to increase the number of analysis and design studies in the fields of leather, textile, and ceramics, and to contribute to production for the industry. Uşak University opened a design center covering three fields (Leather, Textile, and Ceramics), breaking new ground in Turkey. For the last two years, we have been frequently mentioned in our national and international collaborations and activities. I hope that the protocol will be beneficial for Ege University, Uşak University, and our country. "he said.
Ege University Rector Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak said, “Within the framework of a cooperation; Necessary research, development activities, and necessary tests will be carried out by both universities. Ege University puts its talented human resources and strong infrastructure into service by cooperating with other higher education institutions to develop our region and our country. I wish that the protocol we signed will be beneficial for both universities.”
The signed protocol is aimed to increase the number of analysis and design studies carried out within Ege University and Uşak University and to develop products for the industry.
